Shipping
We currently ship exclusively to the United States and Hong Kong. We do not deliver to PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or regions outside these two locations at this time.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with a tracking number once your order is confirmed.
United States
All US orders are fulfilled by Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfillment (MCF) via domestic US warehouse network. Shipping fees if any will be displayed at checkout.
Standard: 3–5 business days after dispatch | Flat rate of USD 5
Expedited: 2–3 business days after dispatch | Flat rate of USD 8
Free Standard: Automatically applied to orders with a subtotal of USD 49 or above. If a full or partial refund is processed (unless confirmed defective), the original outbound shipping cost of USD 5 will be subtracted from your refund.
Hong Kong
All Hong Kong orders are dispatched via courier partners. Delivery timelines are provided as guidelines and are not guaranteed.
Standard: 4–7 business days after dispatch | Flat rate of HKD 30
Expedited: 2–3 business days after dispatch | Flat rate of HKD 70
Free Standard: Automatically applied to orders with a subtotal of HKD 350 or above. If a full or partial refund is processed (unless confirmed defective), the original outbound shipping cost of HKD 30 will be subtracted from your refund.
